NicholsMD, a distinguished medical and cosmetic dermatology practice founded by Dr. Kim Nichols, has brought a touch of NYC-luxury dermatology experience to the Greenwich community since 2013. Under Dr. Nichols' guidance, the brand expanded within Fairfield County, with the addition of SkinLab in Harbor Point in 2020 and NicholsMD of Fairfield in 2022. My company has had the privilege of being part of Dr. Nichols' journey from the inception of her business. Joining the team in 2019, I played a key role in expanding her digital presence, designing three additional websites, including an e-commerce platform and two new location websites. Through our collaboration, the practice successfully launched new products, witnessed a remarkable 45% growth in product revenue, and experienced a surge in online appointment requests. Dr. Nichols' team consistently turns to me for the creation of placards, updating treatment menus, crafting unique social media posts, and maintaining website updates. Whether it's contributing to an exciting product launch or a special promotion, I have always found great joy in collaborating with this dynamic team.
